Hundley Batts Jr., CAS | President

Hundley Batts, Jr. is a Licensed Insurance Professional and a Certified Annuity Specialist (CAS) with nearly three decades of experience serving clients. He specializes in developing insurance strategies to generate a guaranteed income stream for retirees. 

His passion for business started in grade school. He was teased for carrying a briefcase to class and the other students would ask: Hey! Why do you bring that stupid briefcase to school everyday? What’s your deal? He would then clearly announce his intention to be a businessman. His wish came true when he started working in his father’s Property and Casualty Insurance agency at age 12. He helped on the weekends and learned how to run a successful business. Hundley says it was God’s plan for him to use his passion and drive to share his knowledge and help inform people on the importance of having proper insurance. 

Hundley successfully completed his insurance education requirements at CGU School of Insurance in Boston, MA. He also graduated from the Institute of Business & Finance in San Diego, CA, where he earned his CAS designation. 

In his free time, Hundley enjoys playing golf, reading, and giving back to the community by serving on several local boards: The Greater Rotary Club of Huntsville, The Chamber of Commerce of Huntsville/Madison County, Junior Achievement, and the North Alabama Coalition for the Homeless. He is also a motivational speaker and a writer.
